World Food Day: Children and Teens are invited to get creative

Ahead of 2016 World Food Day to be celebrated on October 16, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites teens and children aged 5 to 19 to “use their imaginations and express their ideas on the World Food Day theme: "Climate is changing. Food and agriculture must too."”

Interested participants are invited to submit an illustration online. Winning designs will be promoted on social media and in FAO offices around the world. The posters will also be shows in an exhibition at FAO headquarters in Rome, Italy, during World Food Week.

The deadline for entries is September 30, 2016. Winners will be announced on October 14, 2016.
